A 30 to 45 minute online call. We settle expectations on both sides, how we work and the salary range at this stage.
Technical review
We talk through a small case that looks like our real work. No timed test; how you reach a decision matters more to us.
Offer and start
We put the salary, the benefits and the start date in writing. Your first week goes to meeting the team and the processes.
